Even 10 minutes with Jesus can change your whole week!

Jesus is thirsting for you to spend time with him, and you don't have to stay the whole hour. Come, be with Jesus and pray anytime during our Adoration hours. 

Spending time with Jesus in the Blessed Sacrament is nothing short of amazing. You can bring your complete joy, deepest sorrow, and everything in between to the Lord. A little while in silent prayer in the presence of Jesus can turn a crummy day around, comfort and calm you when you are anxious, and open your heart wider to receive God's unbounded love. 
 
When you arrive
When you enter the church, the Blessed Sacrament will be on the altar in a beautiful gold container called a monstrance. 

Quiet & Calm

The church will be quiet, so if you are bringing a prayer book, rosary, or a pen and journal, get those items out in the vestibule before you enter. 

Find a spot

Genuflect or bow and find a pew where you can comfortably see. Kneel or sit and take a few deep breaths to settle into silence and the presence of Jesus. 

Spend some time

Spend as much time as you'd like in silent prayer, meditation, reading Scripture or prayer reflections, or writing in a prayer journal. You can come and go anytime during Holy Hour (the time when the Blessed Sacrament is exposed).

At the end

At the end of Adoration, the priest will lead brief prayers for the Benediction (prayers of blessing) and Reposition (returning the Blessed Sacrament to the tabernacle).
