We invite you to attend our 2019 Advent Mission Week. The entire week includes special events for the whole family to help prepare our hearts for the coming of the Lord. Come joyfully watch and wait with us, as God’s loving promise of redemption through Christ unfolds.

Join us for Mass to celebrate the Feast of the Immaculate Conception on Monday, December 9 at 8:15 am and 5:30 pm. Parents can earn points for their child’s Student House by attending. Coffee will be served after. Take a cup to go or stay and visit.

Come to view the rare Saint John’s Bible, which will be at St. Anthony Parish on Tuesday, December 9 at 6:30 pm. There are only 300 copies of this beautifully hand illustrated bible in the world! The evening will include a reflection on the Nativity Illumination from Carolyn Pirtle of the McGrath Institute for Church Life, an Advent Vespers service, and a reception with hot cocoa and treats.

Our school children in grades K-4 will present Advent Lessons and Carols at 6:30 pm on Wednesday, December 11. Through Scripture and song, the children will tell the story of the coming of Christ and help us quiet our hearts so that we can watch and wait, as God’s love for us and promise of redemption unfolds.

The Sacrament of Reconciliation will be available with four priests at 6:30 pm on Thursday, December 12. During the Season of Advent, we are called to make room for the Lord in our hearts by receiving God's infinite mercy and forgiveness through this sacrament. For those who are suffering from illness or frailty, please consider receiving the Sacrament of Anointing for healing of body and spirit. The sacrament will be available after the 4:15pm Mass on Saturday, December 14.

On each day in the octave before Christmas (Dec. 17-23), an antiphon with an ancient title for Messiah is recited or sung. These beautiful antiphons (you know them from the song O Come, O Come, Emmanuel) can open your daily prayers and turn into a meaningful craft and activity with children. Click for more.

Help make our church look beautiful for Christmas and enjoy cookies & cocoa. Families are welcome! We need lots of hands to help fluff the trees, string lights, and pour cocoa.

Please join us for our Christmas Eve Mass celebrating the vigil of the Nativity of the Lord at 4:15 pm on December 24. The Children's Choir will sing, and be sure to arrive early to get a seat!

We will celebrate Midnight Mass for the Nativity of the Lord on December 25 at 12:00 am. Please join us for prayer and Christmas preludes sung by the Schola before Mass at 11:30pm.

We will celebrate Mass of the Nativity of the Lord at 10:00 am on Christmas morning. Visitors are warmly welcome, and we encourage you to come early to make sure you get a seat.

The Solemnity of Mary, Holy Mother of God is a Holy Day of Obligation. That means that Catholics should attend Mass for this feast. St. Anthony will offer Masses at 5:30pm on December 31 and 10:00 am on January 1.
